These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and syok99 ("syok99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://syok99.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

syok99 operates as an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform serving players globally, including those based in Malaysia. Our platform offers online casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, sports betting, and related gaming services denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and other accepted currencies.

By accessing the syok99 website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on syok99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. syok99 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement in compliance with our international licensing obligations. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Legal Capacity: You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of syok99 is lawful in your location.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) Account on syok99 at any time. Maintaining multiple Accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether placed voluntarily through syok99 or through any applicable regulatory programme.
• Not a syok99 Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, directors, officers of syok99, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player Accounts or claim promotions.

To open an Account, you must complete the syok99 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

syok99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("KYC documents") at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, or CIMB account showing your name and account number)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds
• Selfie with identification document, as requested

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending successful completion of KYC verification. syok99 is not liable for delays in withdrawals resulting from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions. You must respond to KYC requests within fourteen (14) calendar days; failure to do so may result in Account suspension.

By accessing and using the syok99 Platform, you agree to comply with the following usage terms at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• You will not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or infrastructure.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent the house edge or disadvantage other players.
• You will not use a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true location.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose your deposited funds. syok99 does not guarantee any winnings.
• You will not hold syok99 responsible for financial losses sustained during legitimate gaming activity on the Platform.

syok99 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, BTC, and other methods as listed on the Platform at any given time.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on syok99:

• Currency: All Account balances and transactions for Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM30 for most e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow. Minimum amounts are subject to change and displayed on the deposit page.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: You may only withdraw funds from your real-money balance. Bonus Funds and their associated winnings are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal eligibility is activated.
• Withdrawal Verification: syok99 may require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You must withdraw using the same method as your most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Processing Times: syok99 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes stated on the Platform (typically 5–30 minutes for e-wallets and 5–10 minutes for bank transfers). These are targets, not guarantees; processing times may vary based on payment provider systems.
• Fees: syok99 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers, banks, or cryptocurrency network fees are outside our control and may apply.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied monthly to dormant Account balances after this period, subject to a minimum balance remaining.

syok99 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on each promotion page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out herein.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 30x the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion). Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full using real-money wagers.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all. The applicable contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances subject to unsatisfied Wagering Requirements will expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While a Wagering Requirement is active, you may not place any single wager exceeding RM50 (or the equivalent in other currencies) unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise. Violations may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus Abuse: syok99 employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low house-edge games to clear wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and exploiting technical errors. Accounts found engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible players only. syok99 reserves the right to restrict or withdraw a promotion at any time and to determine player eligibility at its sole discretion.

All games available on syok99 — including slots, live casino tables, virtual games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game or market, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within the game interface or associated help documentation.

With respect to sports betting, the following principles apply:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., FIFA for football, UFC for mixed martial arts).
• Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other covered leagues are subject to market-specific settlement rules available on the Platform.
• In-play bets are accepted at syok99's discretion. Bets placed after the conclusion of an event, whether due to data feed delay or otherwise, will be voided and stakes returned.
• syok99 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, and withhold winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, integrity breach, or technical error.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply and are displayed on the Platform. Winnings exceeding stated limits will be paid at the stated limit regardless of the actual calculated payout.

All casino game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems independently tested and audited by third-party testing laboratories. syok99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the syok99 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name, a family member's name, or using fictitious identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with syok99 support or compliance teams.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities, whether or not they result in financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or artificial intelligence to place wagers without human interaction.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated integrity breach in connection with sports events covered on the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing syok99 staff, support agents, or other users in any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing a payment after using deposited funds for gambling activity. Any chargeback will result in immediate Account suspension and recovery proceedings.

All content on the syok99 Platform — including but not limited to the syok99 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and any other material — is owned by or licensed to syok99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the gaming services. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written authorisation from syok99.
• Use the syok99 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, syok99 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including:

• Loss of funds, profits, or data resulting from gambling activity on the Platform
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability or game operation
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delayed or failed transactions
• Any consequence arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. syok99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for certain damages is not permitted, syok99's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by law.

syok99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time via the Account Settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set time reminders or session duration limits to help manage your gambling activity.
• Loss Limits: You may set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or indefinite exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to support and take effect within 24 hours of processing. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and all marketing communications ceased.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders can be enabled to notify you of time spent in active gaming sessions.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions below:

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting syok99 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending Wagering Requirements must be completed or forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be paid out subject to applicable verification requirements.

Termination by syok99: syok99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or fraudulent information
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding the dormancy threshold
• Any other conduct that syok99 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or the integrity of gaming operations

Upon termination for cause, syok99 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including real-money funds, in cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, chargebacks, or serious Terms breaches, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which syok99 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or your Account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory provision of applicable law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with syok99 informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. syok99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a written complaint.

Malaysian users are reminded that this platform is operated offshore, and Malaysian courts may or may not exercise jurisdiction over disputes involving offshore online gaming operators. You are encouraged to seek independent legal advice regarding your rights and remedies.

syok99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Displaying a notice on the Platform homepage or login screen
• Sending an email notification to registered Account holders where we hold a valid email address and the change materially affects player rights

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. syok99 recommends reviewing this page at least once every three (3) months.
